1. Data Controller

The data controller for AstrologyCalc.com is ALIRA-EVEREST LLP (BIN 241140014252), located in Kanysh Satpayev St. 4/2, Office 1, Astana, Z01A3H5, Republic of Kazakhstan. Privacy inquiries and GDPR/CCPA requests are handled directly at [email protected].

2. Local-First Birth Chart Calculations

When you enter a birth date, time, or city into any free calculator on AstrologyCalc.com, astronomical calculations execute locally in your browser. Your birth data is stored only in your own device’s localStorage or URL hash (#bd=...) for convenience unless you voluntarily enter your email address to save your chart or purchase a personal reading.

3. Information We Collect When You Opt In

• Email & Saved Chart Snapshot: When you request your personal chart link by email or complete an order, we process your email address, selected language (EN/IT), and calculated chart coordinates to deliver your reading and 3-part astrological guide.
• Billing Metadata: Payment transactions are tokenized by PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processors (CloudPayments KZ, Freedom Pay, PayPal). We receive only transaction status, masked card last-4 digits, currency, and order reference IDs for tax and refund accounting.
• Privacy-Safe Telemetry: Aggregated page performance metrics and error diagnostics without cross-site behavioral ad profiling.

4. Transactional Email Delivery & 1-Click Unsubscribe

Transactional chart links, 3-part educational breakdowns, receipts, and 24-hour trial renewal notices are dispatched via Unisender Go with authenticated SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. Every non-receipt email contains a RFC 8058 1-click List-Unsubscribe header and footer link.

5. Data Retention & Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to access, export, rectify, or permanently erase your email record and order history at any time. Send an email to [email protected] and we will complete verification and erasure within 72 hours (excluding statutory accounting records required by tax law).
